Refunds and Disputes

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for web design and development services provided by Rytecode ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of web design and development services, we do not offer full refunds once work has commenced. However, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis based on the project’s progress.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Before Work Begins: A full refund may be issued if a request is made before any work has started.

  • Project Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the project after work has begun but before completion, a partial refund may be granted based on the amount of work completed.

  • Failure to Deliver: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Consultation Fees: Fees for initial project consultations or discovery sessions.

  • Deposits: Any deposits paid to secure project commencement.

  • Third-Party Costs: Fees paid to third-party services, including domain registration, hosting, software, or stock images.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  1. Submit a written request via email to support@rytecode.dev.

  2. Provide a detailed reason for the refund request.

  3. Allow up to ten (10) business days for review and response.

5. Project Adjustments Instead of Refunds

Where possible, we may offer revisions, additional modifications, or alternative solutions instead of issuing a refund to ensure client satisfaction.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in the termination of any ongoing or future services. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation.

7. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
